Witchling Stalker

My first Wyrd Miniature … a Witchling Stalker. Witchling Stalkers are minions of the Witch Hunters of Malifaux, twisted and tortured through magic and forbidden ritual. These one time practitioners have been turned into deadly predators who burn with rage towards all things magical and have been the bane of many a hunted Witch or Warlock.

The painting is straight forward – muted colors, weathered metallics and dirty clothes. The base was an experiment with pigments – I used these to create the rust effect on the pipe and to bring some color to the rocks. Pigments are a good way to add a textured effect.
