Ceril

Ceril, a brooding Dark Elf from Hasslefree Miniatures. I painted this one just in time for the Mini-Art-Con 2009. Probably not quite competition quality, but at least I had something new for the display cabinets ;)

The painting is a bit experimental and to be honest I am not one hundred percent convinced by the result. It was a learning experience none the less …

I used different metallics for the armor and the sword to get a direct comparision of the different paints. the armor was done with Valejo Model Air metallics and for the sword I used GW metallic paints. I prefer the GW metallics.
