2010 started slowly and very busy, but I have finally finished my first miniature for the year – a Tau Air Caste Pilot from Games Workshop / Forgeworld. My first resin miniature other than the occasional bit, base or plinth.

Event Coverage for Crisis 2009 is up. Once again it was a very nice con with lots of exhibitors from Germany, Belgium, France and the UK being present. As always Crisis also featured a very strong painting competition. This year the judges were unusually critical resulting in very few prices. Still I managed to snag a Bronze medal in the ‘smaller than 15mm’ category with my Shilone Aerospace Fighter (even without going 2.0 …). Enjoy the pictures!

Today was Games Day Germany 2009 in Cologne. Sadly I didn’t have the time necessary to enter the Golden Demon competition myself, but at least I manage to drop by and snap some pictures … I don’t have all the winners, but you can easily see that the quality of the entries was very high.
